The origin of the domain goes back to the 18th century. In this period, only some small part of parcel are worked, this during several generations. 

300 years will have been necessary to see settling down the Ambroise family in Premeaux-Prissey, small village near Nuits-Saint-Georges.

In 1987, Bertrand Ambroise takes back the domain. Fascinated by the work of the vine and lover of the wine, he develops the domain which reaches now approximately 21 hectares and brings it his personality.

Since 2013, The domain have the certification about organic farming (certified by Ecocert)

We are a family fascinated by the vine and the wine because we work, Bertrand, Martine, Ludivine and François, in one and the same aim "your pleasure".

The way we cultivate could make us pass for originals. It’s a real philosophy which is organized around our two grape varieties: the "Pinot noir" and the "Chardonnay".
