Soil type: Clay and limestone, exposition south/south-east. Parcels are located on Villers La Faye area.

Age of the vineyard: 30 years

Grape variety: Pinot noir

 Mode of action: reasonable and reasoned farming. HVE3 certified.

Yield: 50hl/ha

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 15 kilos. Once in the winery, it is sorted and destemmed in 100%. The grapes are put into tanks for a period of 25-30 days.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine stay in barrels (1 or 2 years old) for aging during 10 months there are no fining or filtration.

Tasting note: Elegant wine, fine with a light structure, the mouth is very aromatic with ripe red fruits. We recommended it with roast meat like beef or poultry.
